Thanks for reminding me of how hot Kurt Cobain was. I was never a huge Nirvana fan, but God, did I love drooling over that man's good looks. And, I have to say that I owned that MTV "Unplugged" CD. Too bad his life had to end the way it did.
The grunge movement was in full swing at a time that was rather dark for me, so I guess its mood sort of matched mine to a T.
Yes, there certainly is something about that dirty grunger look. I've just rather recently rediscovered the grunge movement in music and am totally into it again. Sirius radio station 24 plays nothing but this stuff, and it brings up a ton of memories.
